In just six weeks, the Trans-Pacific Aseptic Institute of Training® (TPA-IT) will welcome its first class of students on the campus of Ausia BioTech in Hangzhou, China. The inaugural session of TPA-IT is set for March 23-25, 2016.
China’s first sterile university is designed to prepare the highly technical workforce demanded by manufacturers of sterile injectable drugs, TPA-IT is sponsored by PaizaBio and Complya Asia. PaizaBio, a US-based contract manufacturing organization that helps multinational pharmaceutical companies gain access to China’s 1.4 billion consumers, anticipates a growing demand for aseptic processing workers in China who are trained to the highest levels of cGMP quality.
TPA-IT is open to executives and employees of pharmaceutical companies, CMOs, and government and regulatory officials from around the world who seek a higher level of proficiency in aseptic manufacturing.
This includes the theory and principles of aseptic processing, sterile manufacturing, quality management, and regulatory compliance.
TPA-IT’s home is an $8 million purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility in Hangzhou and includes a lecture hall and hands-on learning experiences in fully equipped clean rooms with commercial grade equipment.
TPA-IT is being taught by Dr. Scott Wheelwright of Complya Asia. He is an international expert in aseptic manufacturing and celebrated pharmaceutical industry trainer. The March session will be taught in English.
Space remains for TPA-IT in March. Contact Juan Shao for information or register online.
